General Stretching & Exercise Rules
 
NOTE: Please consult with Dr Collis before attempting any exercises as some may be unsuitable for your condition.


Don’t “bounce” or perform jerky movements. The exercise or stretch should consist of slow, smooth movements.

Hold each movement for 10-15 seconds, then relax and “shake out” gently for a few seconds.

Perform exercises and stretches every day.


If any exercise or stretch causes pain, stop immediately. If pain persists, contact Dr Collis promptly.
